Blue Palm Bacalar - Adults Only Hotel

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good food.

Despite its charm, the hotel was not without issues. We faced unexpected challenges, like the lack of water activities on Wednesdays that weren't communicated beforehand. This ruined our plans for a day of adventure in the lagoon. Breakfast options were quite limited, surprising given the otherwise pleasant experience.

The venue was in a central location very close to the best restaurants in Bacalar and the lagoon and amazing spots to swim. The unit we got was exceptionally clean with toiletries, a balcony plus large comfortable bed...

my stay was very very good at our 3 weeks vacation in mexico. stayed in fantastic double room with smart tv, toiletries and very good a/c.

The pool area was a serene escape with plenty of sunbeds and hammocks! The complimentary bicycles made exploring the central area enjoyable!

Relaxing and tastefully decorated rooms with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Location right by the main square and restaurants and the restaurants and smaller local places for lunch and dinner❤😀🙂

Efficient stuff on reception and elsewhere. Magnificent location to the centro & swimming pool views. Easy walk to Parroquia de San Joaquin Church.

Oh man, the toasts at the hotel restaurant were out of this world! We devoured everything, but the Ceviche stole the show! The hammocks by the infinity pool are perfect for catching some rays. And the complimentary bikes? An absolute game-changer for zipping around Bacalar!

In all honesty, we didn't dislike anything about this hotel! If I had to nitpick, I wish the bar opened earlier than 2 PM. But honestly, everything still shined!

The warm welcome and really good service from the staff. The bikes for exploring the area added an extra touch! Breakfast was good, and the pool was a serene escape- a gem!

Use the complimentary bicycles to explore off-the-beaten-path spots. You'll discover unique local restaurants that aren't on the main tourist routes.

This hotel took my breath away! The King Suite with Pool View was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The culinary experience at the restaurant was divine, particularly the 5-star quality breakfast that set us up perfectly for the day.

The pool area was basically our private oasis . they only open the bar at 2pm.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the pool area is just perfect. We especially loved the complimentary bikes, made it easy to explore. The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff provided us with fantastic recommendations.

The outdoor pool and lovely garden area provided such nice spots to relax after our adventures. Only thing was we wished for another trash bin in the room, but it didn't take away from our experience at all 🌴

It was just a well-suited match for a holiday in Bacalar with very good value for money. The staff provided helpful recommendations for local places to visit . Don't miss out on trying the fresh juices at breakfast.
